Our family classes are a mix of children ages 10 & up and adults.  Classes include agility and drill skills that prepare each student to set goals to attain their Black Blets.  In 2 to 4 weeks after joining, students will be nominated to the Black Belt Club or Leadership program.

Self Defense:
Improvised Self defense tactics

We teach how to handle situations where attackers are standing in front of you in an aggressive nature.

We teach how to handle situations where the attacker is trying to grab you or has grabbed you at the shoulders, head, neck, arms or they are on the side of you.

Many people are versed in ground fighting because of MMA so we do not use it
as a sport. We use bottom control and top control with choke to incapacitate
